Q:  How do I select fabric for you to make something for me?
A:  Go to XO Gigi Fabrics on Etsy and take a look.  There are tons to choose from.  Any fabric from this shop is fine.  Email me with the names of the fabrics you like.  Please do not order the fabric...I have to do this part myself, because I know how much I need for your specific project.


Q:  Can you monogram / embroider / applique?
A:  Yes to all of the above.  My largest hoop is 5X7 which is usually fine for most designs. 


Q:  What items can be embroidered?
A:  Embroidery can be done on anything I can fit in my hoop.  It must be able to lay flat in the hoop, and it must be a single layer otherwise the two layers will get stitched together.

Q:  Can you design (digitize) my logo?
A:  No, I don't personally digitize,  but I can have it sent away for a fee, and have it back usually within 24 - 72 hrs. 

Q:  Can I order from you directly or do I have to go through Etsy?
A:  Yes you can order directly from me.  You do not have to go through Etsy.  Just email me at lollipopsewingshop@gmail.com


Q:  What's your turn around time?
A:  Depends on what you are ordering.  I generally like to have about 2 weeks for hand made items.  If you need it sooner, just ask me, and if you are willing to pay an extra 20% I will bump you to to the top of the list if possible.  Holidays are crazy for me, so please try to order as far out as possible!


Q:  When do I pay you?
A:  I will need 50% deposit to begin your order, and the rest  plus shipping upon completion.  If you are local, don't worry about shipping...you can come pick it up. 

Q:  What form of payment do you accept?
A:  Cash, Personal Check, PayPal. 
NOTE:  In the unlikely event that your check comes back, I will send you a request for payment via PayPal plus a $20 fee.  Your item will not ship until your check clears.  Thank you for understanding!
